Block Imaging of Holt has been recognized by the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce with a Celebration of Regional Growth (CORG) Award. Established by the Chamber in 2005, CORG honors organizations that have made major nancial investments in our regional economy.
Block Imaging received the CORG Award at the Nov. 17 Lansing Economic Club luncheon, along with fellow 2016 CORG recipients Lansing Community College, MSU Federal Credit Union and Sparrow Health System.
Founded by independent medical equipment broker Bruce Block in 1997, Block Imaging began in a home office in Holt. It is now a premier worldwide provider of refurbished medical imaging equipment, buying, selling and servicing equipment including MRI, CT, C-Arm, digital x-ray, PET/CT and women’s health technology.
In 2015, Block Imaging was named to Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies, having achieved a growth rate of 133 percent over a three-year period. It now employs a staff of 125, has offices in Japan and Germany, and does business with more than 100 countries.
